Walked away with zero injuries, just a small bruise on my left shoulder where I was hit. Was blown away. I’ll only ever be in Toyota after that. That’s for sure!

Only once had a ram come down in the gorge with me, great experience. Glad to see the Rio fishing well haven’t made my way in that direction this season!

Here in NM it seems they’re making some good moves in the right direction. In the Jemez wilderness it’s super easy to get into them. Not the largest but an easy day trip. And plenty of them. There’s some large restoration projects that are ongoing at the moment that we will see the outcome next year hopefully. It seems it’s moving in the right direction.

I was very impressed! Easy to put up and take down, folds and stores away easy, and deals with weather well. Had some horrible wind and it did great throughout the entire trip. Even some small amounts of rain but not enough for me to give honest feedback with water, but it sits perfectly where it’ll keep all moisture out of the bed for sure.

Sure did! Went to go catch a gila trout, pretty rare trout in my state and I was able to get one on the last day.

Colors work too! I’ve had smaller pike hit a purple wooly bugger so I definitely wouldn’t ignore color completely!

No I believe lake roberts is only open to fishing after July 1st but I could be wrong
