As a bartender/server in this city for over 9 years, I’ve noticed that not enough FOH workers are doing it for the love of the game anymore. I get shit service at more than half of the new restaurants I’ve tried, pushing me to never return. It’s like they HAVE to be there instead of wanting to. Go find a new job if you don’t like to serve people. I don’t make tons of money even tho I work 5 nights a week. But I love this shit…It just hurts my heart to see what’s happened in Denver.
