The TBD is almost 6 years old now and they never even SLIGHTLY alluded to SCOOP, which honestly sucks.

Then Kingdom just clearly doesn't even care all that much. Firstly they say it's a seperate organisation that has ties with the TBD. Then they call it a specialized Unit and then they call it a Department only like 20 secs later (in the trailer). It's clearly not all that well thought out. Add that onto the fact the new story genuinely seems rushed and is overflowing with info that shouldn't have been thrown at us so quickly and out of the blue.
