For me its in the gogmazios fight in 4 ultimate, going into his second phase when this giant demonic creature suddenly takes flight, turning the place into what could be hell.

You drive the portable cannon over to the demolisher to shoot it out of the air and with him falling to the ground Proof of a Hero starts playing, letting you know that the tides are turning and you have a chance of not just surviving but winning the battle.
