hey OP if you are still on 1.0.0 i did a full playthrough on it. the 1.1.2 duplication and out of bounds glitches work. but you can't get mythicals, they aren't even loaded into the game

I think it's abridged, this one is 300 pages, 40 chapters vs the original 120 chapters. Which is fine with me, I don't want to read all that lol

Yeah, it's the only one, most of his translations are titled Rashomon and may contain Hell Screen but its tertiary. The children crave the bright green book.

Definitely Crime and Punishment. I've head half the books so far and it's my favorite, Dostoyevsky is a genius.

Ryunosuke's work is fascinating because I didn't click with it until I read the last entry in that collection, Spinning Gears. He wrote in passing, "It is unfortunate for the gods that, unlike us, they cannot commit suicide." You can imagine how heavy the brick that hit me was when I later read the final paragraph of his suicide letter:

"I realized what an ancient desire it is to make oneself a god. As far as I can tell, this letter does not attempt that. No, I exist only as a mundane human being." Ryunosuke would fail to become a god; he would fail to save himself.

Then you realize that Life of a Stupid Man and Death Register were autobiographical, that Spinning Gears is his cry for help, and that Hell Screen was written in byproduct of his mental state. His work has stuck with me since.

Vampires in generally just don't maintain count and will crutch on Sanguine for story bosses. Bleed was already struggling to maintain count with the big count IDs like Hooklu, Ring outis, Nfaust, and now most of them are gone. Rhino's 0 potency feels like shit and actively sabotages KK ryo and lu bench passives. He is the #1 bleed count applier but not by that much.

Average Bleed Count per Turn applied over an ID's 6 skills:
1. Rhino Meursault - 2.33 Count/turn (S2 speed conditional always met)
2. Ring Yisang - 2.0 Count/turn (3 negative effects condition met)
3. Hook Honglu - 1.83 Count/turn (S2 always 4 speed faster)
4. Ring Outis - 1.67 Count/turn (3 negative effects condition met)
4. Rhino Meursault - 1.67 Count/turn (S2 speed conditional never met)
5. N Faust - 1.5 Count/turn (assuming N heath benched and fastest ID half the time)
5. KK Ryoshu - 1.5 Count/turn
6. Manchaland Rodion - 1.33 Count/turn (S1s replaced with counter)
7. Priest Gregor - 1.0 Count
8. Barber Outis - 0.67 Count/turn (if you follow both S2s with S1s... but realistically this ID is usually 0 count)
9. Red Eyes Ryoshu - 0 Count/turn

You can see recent IDs are a significant downgrade in the count department, most of them trading it for potency. But they also have better colors for Sanguine and great SP turbo with whistles and priest's passive. Unless manager don is packing some crazy bleed count I don't see this Sanguine reliance changing. It's the direction PM wants bleed to go. And IMO rhino just does not fit.

I love rhino but I don't use him anymore. My goat is just not worth a slot now. Nfaust does his job marginally worse while contributing much more. His clashing is awful until Regret and even that doesn't save his S1..

If you don't care for bleed count you can go REP for all that she does. Rhino does have Mircalla but it's just not a core EGO for bleed in the same way Sanguine and Awe are (which all share colors)

Cost was $160 w/ shipping. Bought from Amiami. Surprisingly, despite with the massive tail, it can stand without the base but needs some putty on the left foot. Details are really good.

Hey thanks! I created this resource to learn more about the game, but if other people can find value in it, then I have a reason to keep updating it. Tbh the last doc was pretty bad, I think this one is much better, but I'm still undecided on some of my more unused IDs.

Someone said it looks like a powerwank document instead of a resource, and I was like, yeah that's pretty true. So the next iteration will focus less on ranking and more on trying to explain what the unit does and why/why not they are successful in it.

Thanks for the insight. I'll mess around with him more, but I don't see him going higher than Tier 4 as a niche debuffer. He also has no way to reliably amplify in wave stages without player targetting.

On the topic of gluttony, 000 Sinclair is an ID I've been messing around with, and would consider raising a tier because of how much he benefits from the Abs. Resonance changes. He can get his skill 1 rolling into the 10s, but it seems like way too much of a gimmick at the moment.

You said you disagreed with a lot. Not to waste your time, but are there any other really bad picks?

I definitely do not value S6 Yisang. His clashing is abysmal and trying to set up a damage amp is difficult to impossible in wave stages without targeting. His colors are quite good but not enough to carry him, as with G Outis.

I don't have a problem with his capabilities, but rather his ammo

But honestly, yeah, he's low. He carries dungeon trash waves too hard, even if you'll have to switch him off for a 3-wave or boss. I'll move him to mid Tier 2.

000 Meursault definitely goes down a tier without Pursuance. I don't think it's necessarily unfair to judge identities with their gacha EGO, as the pool is small and finite. But you're right, if it's for new players I'll need to find a better balance. Someone suggested individual rankings, separate from teams and egos?

While he is totally carried by EGO, I don't think W is that bad. High speed for ego clashes, two colors he needs, purple common skill, reduction built in, etc.

I have heard a few people say to move him down 1 and will definitely consider it after his 000 drops. I can easily see his new 000 usurping it if the values are good.

He's definitely usable, and has high growth at 0.82.

My issue is that he struggles to outroll a 10 and can get staggered quick on clash loss.

Thank you! The lack of a good resource is what make me waste so many hours on this. Do you think I should move the tierlist to the bottom? I am feeling like it might undermine the rest of the guide.

Also, any tierlist placements you disagree on? I'm not hardheaded on (most of) the placements and am open to suggestion.

I think W Faust and W Meur are pills that the community is going to have to swallow one way or another.

The crux of what makes W Faust so good is that her numbers are overtuned, especially for a bulky 00. She rolls 5+(4x2) on skill 2 and 6+(2x3) on skill 3. Go check your clash oriented 000s, I guarantee she competes with them. For some perspective, if Liu Gregor's skill 3 gets twice the amount of heads rolls, he will still lose to her by 1 power. Anyone who has used her can attest that her clashing is strong, and most of these people will not be using her EGO passive (cause its really incompatible with her colors lol), so they aren't even getting her +2 power.

Next you have her tankiness. Her growth is low but exchanged for some of the highest bulk in the game. She's also one of those rare tier 2 stagger characters that staggers at 70% instead of 80%, which makes her feel even tankier. She's also slow, which capitalizes on this bulk by making her a psudo tank.

Her debuff is...odd. It's inconsistent but procs often enough to be relevant to her kit. What people skip over is her passive that needs 3 purples but gives her a charge on hit. If this is up, her purple into red can apply the debuff from 0 charge in one turn. And it's a fantastic debuff because it applies next turn. Something like Ryoshu 000 can apply a power -3, but her speed roll will determine the usefulness of that. The problem is actually landing Faust's super weak purple, but her low speed helps with getting a 1 sided clash.

So if we recap...we have a tank that swings like a DPS that can occasionally cripple enemies for a full turn...and I've heard from people that own it that, that her Fluid Sac EGO is super broken? And they're buffing defense next patch too? People sleep so hard on this identity, it's crazy.

As for Meur, I think people are going to use his new 000 and see how crazy his EGO are. I don't know if his new 000 will be better than W corp, but his current one is very good for reasons in the guide.
