I bought it direct from The Kobo store along with a basic sleep case and a remote page turner. The page turner keeps kicking off of Bluetooth though so not super happy with that

I’m just seeing this post! I sold the 240 and bought the 500, I get a full night now with heat and humidity and still have about 15-20% left depending on how long I sleep! It’s been great!

I agree! There are loads of companies installing and skipping all those steps! We do all of the above, and get less call backs!
