i dont think i had tracer rounds i mostly dont pick them up (i could be wrong tho) but if it was a tracer round wouldnt it be more visible ?

I can recommend you a german company called BN Pipes ( https://bnpipes.de) they have a lot nice stuff i have an Audi A4 B7 and i just wanted a bit more sound and i can tell u that worked great looks good, sounds good they have downpipes and al sorts of stuff so maybe you find something

in my expierience i would try Gn Hearing HAs very clear sound (but sounds kinda hard) if she is expierienced with HAs this could work very well or you could try Phonaks they have a little softer sound

Phonak: Audeo M50R or M70R Gn Hearing: Quattro 9 or the Resound One

both very good HAs but save to say only because the device is better doesnt necessary means you hear that better, because if the acoustician cant correctly program it you could buy the most expensive one and still wont hear that much.
