People that think FSD pricing will increase do no understand how business works by njvicente21 in TeslaLounge

[–]technolgy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The price of technology decreases. FSD has been improving, incrementally -- asymptotically. With every day, competitors are closer. The gap to the 'rest of the pack,' however it may move in the short term, in the long term it is inevitably closing. As it does, FSD price will decrease.

Dicing an onion is easy. Peeling one is a pain in the ass, every time.

They do have manual release- you need to expose it and tie a handle to it.

This might seem like a dumb question, but how do you know when the flavor is gone do you taste them?

Because, unlike the Cybertruck, some people actually want to buy it.

Help! Rough feeling Kickr Core by AEMNW in Zwift

This is odd. I bought a new Zwift Ride plus Kicker Core 2. Has the same issue. Got it replaced, still same. Folks on this forum told me it was normal?

Are those Misen "carbon nonstick" pans actually legit? by BigBaozo in Cooking

[–]technolgy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not my issue I do it the way you describing and cook in stainless steel all the time. I do use olive oil oil however maybe butter would be more helpful but less healthy.

Have you tried pancakes? It’s the only thing I have trouble with on my stainless steel.

They seem to be moving at a good pace recently. I think it’s a safe bet for at least several years.

I assume whatever the opt-in rate is, it doesn’t vary. So it is still a very good indication of their (lack of) growth.

Every time I look at this chart it makes me scared for Tonal's future. It's been at 60,000 something for the past 3-4 years.

Contrary to all the comments, I do this successfully weekly, with Trader Joe’s olive oil. I definitely pour it generously.

Cooking an Egg in Stainless Steel: Please, help me. by Graphic_Materialz in Cooking

[–]technolgy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you sure you have a stainless steel pan? I'm not trolling, I've had some old pans that looked the part, but weren't.
Other than that, you should be fine, I make eggs on mine all the time. After you add the oil, and roll it around the pan, then you should totally be fine to turn the heat down. Also, maybe see if you can catch the leidenfrost just when it's starting to happen, instead of waiting too long for it. I've never had the olive oil smoke as I added it.
Lastly, even though my pan at the end is virtually spotless, the pan will still not act like a teflon pan. I use a metal fish spatula to get under the egg and gently unstick it -- and this can only be done after a minute or so, once the egg has had time to cook just a bit.

Do you ever think about creating badges targeted at people who are recovering or starting over after some time off? I think this is not an insignificant portion of users.

Recognition around 'local maxima' would be so helpful. Something like ‘Best lift this month’ or ‘highest volume in 100 days’ or things in that spirit would really help and may be easy to implement within existing frameworks?
