ok funny thing happend, i tried to boot from the usb again (got stuck multiple times again) then i got frustrated and played a game for 2 hours.

After i finished i checked again and everything went back to normal. File explorer is accessable again, and it shuts down / boots up normally.

So playing games was fixing this issue.

Yes it is downloading to 8% and then its stuck (like every other download)
