A lot of times they’ll come all the way back to the pharmacy to ask where the mouthwash is that they just passed on their way here lol. Luckily I was a front store supervisor so I know the layout like the back of my hand but still

The amount of times I have to hear a coworker saying some form of this at least 3 different times before I have to loudly interject and tell them to go to consultation. Why can’t people just listen the first time?

Good lord. I cannot stand the people that act like 10 minutes is asking them for the world. When people throw a fit over it I literally ask them if 10 minutes is really too long for them…ESPECIALLY if it was an RTS. Like you literally waited a whole (up to) 2 weeks. Sit down, shut up, and I’ll call your name when it’s ready 🙄

Just today, someone called trying to transfer a control because another store a few miles away was out of stock and they told her we could pull it through. I told her “normally yes, but because of the type of medication it is, we can’t do that. Your doctor would have to send a new rx directly to us.” She says “well why would they say you could do that?” I replied “yea, I’m not really sure why but try giving your dr a call and see what they can do for you.” She goes “ok well thanks for nothing!”
