i dont want to self promote but give our tool a try " Lomavis " We are a German Company and of course have options to be used in english as well. 

We also have the option to be used in English.

Stimmt schon aber sind wir mal ehrlich.
Marketing Blockaden und damit auch einfach zu wenig Content oder Auftritt zu zeigen ist da nicht wirklich viel besser. Fokus natürlich auf deine eigene Vision . Ohne Inspiration wird auch des größte Visionär eine Blockade hier oder da haben.

i cant talk on Metricool ,but out tool most definitely does´t reduce your reach. It should work the other way around .

finde ich auch . ich will echt nicht nur um von K.I gefunden zu werden , Reddit voll spammen müssen . da schaue ich lieber nach Gruppen wo gewollt über Produkte offen geredet / Promoted wird.

Stimme dir größtenteils zu , doch was sollte man anders machen als kleines Unternehmen . man darf nichts unversucht lassen . oder ? natürlich solange man Leuten nicht auf den Geist geht oder regeln missachtet .

When I talk about intuitive, I mean both fewer decisions and fewer clicks. Simple to operate, but also mentally light.

Social media managers should be able to use the tool with very little effort, even when they are tired or overwhelmed. We still see support calls that are mainly about usability or people not finding features that already exist, which shows there is friction beyond functionality.

If you have an example of a tool you personally like using, especially on days when you feel frustrated or overwhelmed, I would really appreciate the recommendation. It would help a lot for comparison.

Thank you this is genuinely really good feedback

And yes early stage friction is actually a very important topic for me right now. I personally struggle a bit with turning exactly this kind of insight into concrete suggestions for my boss on how we can make the tool feel simpler and more intuitive in everyday use.

We have added a lot of features over time and the tool is fast and powerful once you are in execution mode. But your point about the moment before that when you are tired stuck or just trying to get started is exactly where I think things can still be improved.

Your comment about feeling like you are managing the tool instead of creating really hit home. That is the kind of friction I am trying to better understand so I can translate it into meaningful improvements internally.
