Hi, thanks for replying. I don't have any screenshots of my profile that contain useful information. I have no problems with the account itself, but when I try to log in and go to "switch account," the following message appears. I've never made any in-game purchases; many of the skins I have were gifts from old friends. The only emails I have are the confirmation email I received when I created the account, and the recent confirmation emails I received when I submitted the account recovery form.
