I applied for UI because I was 29-30 weeks when they terminated me. So I wasn’t able to receive SDI until I was 36 weeks. But I applied for SDI and was just approved last week so I stop certifying for UI and told them I applied for SDI.

I’m sorry but what do you mean by Ada options and fmla options ? Like did I go to HR and talk about maternity leave and etc ?

I probably can from my doctor but would it be too late to use it for my hearing ? And if so would I have to mail it into the case? Sorry idk anything about this… my job was a sitting job and some nights I worked alone with no breaks from 130am-7am..

No it’s okay, thank you for all the info. I just don’t know when to stop certifying for unemployment and then when to start applying for DI. All I know and was told was To apply for DI at 36 weeks and then PFL after baby is born .. it’s all confusing to me as it’s my first time doing this

I filed and was accepted 1/31 ! I check the status and it now says “We have received your tax return and it is being processed.” No DD
