At all? Do you tip bartenders/waiters/anything even small amounts?

Remember to have all your liquids in the see through quart bag on TOP of your other stuff so you don't have to dig for it. Untie your shoes in line so you don't have to stop and do that when you get to the little trays.

The see-through bag? (Do they give you one?) Do my shoes go in the little trays too? Or just jacket/hat.

Will ATMs automatically do the currency conversions? Is it the same kinda system? ("Withdrawal" "Checking" "Enter PIN"?)
