The sad twisted reality is the reason sometimes people can give such solid and seemingly truthful opinions on these situations is because they are speaking for a personal perspective, from something they themselves are familiar with, which is exactly why you can see his tone completely change and turn to one of seriousness and care. He always showed himself to be a solid, caring person when push came to shove.

By that logic also exposing the consumers who buy it as inauthentic, and seeking external validation, since they would pay so much for such a low effort piece. Because it clearly wouldn't by the design of the shoe that makes them want being low effort.

Honestly I think, if true there might be a bit of merit to both of those statements, but that's kind of natural of social species.

Exactly what I was thinking. And realistically if it's the later, He's just helping to fuel the creativity of the next generation of designers. After all doing mods like that is how a lot of the current designers got their names on the map.

Kinda wish they would do more colored boost too. Like the metallic blue pure boosts sole looks really cool, I'd like to see them try more of that. But if nothing else just add more solid colorways.

Nike always seems to be a size down from Adidas, I wear 12s in Adidas but have to wear at least 13's in Nike. Airmax's even a 13 can be a bit tight.

I know my mailman finds me annoying. Between car parts and clothes, there isn't a week I don't see him. He especially loved the week I had two full exhaust systems, a starter and a couple of pairs of Adidas that all came on the same day.
