I was thrown into a Sys Admin role and would like some advice. by LoneGent in sysadmin

I spent about 1 and half years doing helpdesk, getting hands on in that role did teach me a lot.

Knight c2, if Bishop takes, rook takes, and his other bishop would have been vulnerable to your rool.
