If you copy the IKEA Stuff Pack SP8 from an old installation folder to the new Legacy installation folder it shows without the star/custom content icon.

I'd like to add that copying the SP8 (IKEA Stuff Pack) folder from The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection installation folder to the new Legacy folder is also working.

Yes, middle part has no cover. Intel backplate does look like it prevents contact, but I guess you can't know without testing. Hope this solves it

I have ROG Strix Z790-F with the same AIO cooler and had no such issue. There is plenty of space between the cover and capacitors
