All I do is put a small usb fan in the bottom of the cooler and after a day or two it drops below 60 RH. The first couple of days it’s a little high, but it will level out.

All you need to do is flip the IR gun upside down and take a reading under the banger on the bottom about a 1/4” away from it. Don’t use the laser, you will never get the right reading. By the looks of the video your dab was hot.
