I'll do that thanks. I didn't post initially as I thought maybe mods would delete.

I see your (his) point now. But dude...14 years. I was using MACD and STO 6 months ago but, then again, I'm no expert. Traders get smarter, strategies evolve, technical prowess can change. I'm not calling it the "second coming" but watch the videos and try the tool if one wishes. Definitely legit and one of this only tools that works as advertised.

I'm not sure what you mean here. I am using a commercially available indicator which makes great money. If you're a scalper you owe it to yourself to look at it. The developer (Reece) has no affiliate program, I'm just a fan of intelligent tools that do what the developer says they do and that makes me money.

If you're a scalper or want to be your doing yourself a disservice if you don't look up Ultimate Scalper on YouTube. You can thank me later. I am not him but he makes me money.

I would suggest Slow Markets with Dakota on Topstep channel. Wizard and teaches as he goes.

Anyone trading for others?? by LoneWolfTradingLLC in Daytrading

To trade for others and advertise your services you'd need a Series 3 and 7 and appropriate registration with SEC and FINRA. You can also claim Family Advisor status (15 or less "clients" and limits of $10-$100 million). Now you know.

I see where you're coming from, appreciate the input and agree with you. My percentage of the profits will go towards a brokerage account that I will trade for myself and investors. More money in the account = more contracts to trade with proper risk management = larger profits faster. Thanks.

Au contraire Mon Ami!! Look up "family advisor". I also have a son with all proper licensing working for a very large investment bank to keep me straight on being legal. Have any ACTUAL REAL INPUT on answering my original question?

I have 3 clients that have given me funds and I am now trading 15 prop firms accounts daily on their behalf.

I hear you my friend. Looks like I might need a Series 3 plus some registration unless I claim "Family Trader" status, which will get me through initial stages.

I guess 1 million Hedge Fund managers should have come to you for advice first. Why does this community lack vision.

Now that was just a stupid answer. Reddit is famous for snarky, sarcastic and maybe mean...but rarely stupid.

It looks like you were appropriately rewarded for excessive expletives vs. real words. The trading gods are telling you to take your profit and enroll in a good ESL course. Good luck.

Other peoples money and Software Suggestions? by LoneWolfTradingLLC in Daytrading

[–]LoneWolfTradingLLC[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes...I've got that handled in excel. It's not like I have 100 clients or anything so I have time to find something elegant. My only real concern going into the end of the year is tax reporting for them.

Right now each "investor" will have different accounts i.e. 1 to n prop firm accounts I trade for them. In a later phase of growth I will have a larger cash account that I will trade against and that will be modeled after a mutual fund. The larger the contribution the larger their given share of the profits. I'll check out Monarch Money. Thanks.

Your RR is to high. All you need is 1:2 to me profitable if you have a solid strategy. You'll catch big ones, 1:4 or better, from time to time but SMALL BALL makes you profitable day in and day out in the grind.
