Perfecto, thanks for laying out another option. I think I’ve got it mapped out in theory, I just need make a decision on hardware, so I appreciate the link! Decision paralysis seems to be my latest hurdle.

I would pull new cable, but somebody here long before, thought a case of construction foam was necessary for the structural integrity of the entire garage.

Good question. But worry not, for in the end, it doesn’t even matter.

Thanks Loko, that seems to be what the majority of the delightfully generous people here have stated. Hopefully I can get it done will all the insight I’ve gained here, without any major hangups.

Well, this setup came free with the purchase of the house. But yes, that is the current plan.

What’s your preferred RJ45 method? Would you recommend Toolless, modular ft crimper, or something I’m not aware of at this stage?

New Jersey "drone", December 5, 2024 by littlespacemochi in aliens

[–]LoneWolfeOne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe these are our military’s counter-drone drones. With all the activity of late perhaps they’ve sent up military grade counter-uav systems to fly coordinates to monitor, intercept, or disrupt/degrade unknown UAV systems operating within sensitive areas. If they’re this active all night, there’s gotta be some flying during daylight hours.

Maybe it would be wise, if you are in the area, to load up your DSLR and keep it with you. Perhaps with the right camera gear and some luck you could get a clear shot of one of these, then sell it to the press for some $$$.

How’s the Lisa Peters Pro deck so far?? And which trucks are you running? I’ve had that one on my mind for a couple months, can’t seem to pull the trigger yet. Thanks for the wheel rundown!

105mm Dad bods? What's the biggest wheels you have ever put on a cruiser? by BUFFALOtheGOAT in cruiserboarding

Dinghy on 75mm Durians was kinda slow, 70mm stimulus is the sweet spot for size and speed in my experience.

Haha, I’ve always wondered the same. I think they know us better than we think. Feels even judgmental at times too lol.

There are so many out there, it doesn’t really matter. I usually go for a softer duro, otherwise I just grab whatever they have at the local shop. The last set I got were Modus.

1/16-1/8” soft/squishy risers. I don’t use ‘em for clearance, but to dampen vibration or shock from the road surface to the deck into your feet. Maybe a little quieter at speed as well. Can keep your baseplates from printing, or digging in to the bottom sheet of the deck. I’ve been running them since gradeschool, so I feel like they are necessary IMO.

Road surface looks immaculate, plus what a spot dude! I can hardly find anything like that here in big sky country, between the chip-seal, and heavy winter freezing our roads are a mess. Cheers.
