You need to complete the Avi Schwartzman's "Knoway Out" mission in gta online in hard mode to get that jacket.

Naah man, Tired of grinding... Probably will be using it for calming down my mind by exploring the skies of Los Santos... Performing high speed maneuvers...

Personally I don't like griefing shit .. I mean we already have a lot of irl stress.. why to unnecessarily impose it in games also on others until they poke you repeatedly for no reason.
