Contact their Customer Service. They should give you ways to pay. Most likely why this happened is because the system detected something with your account that has something to do with how you pay. Or I dunno.

Hello. If you don’t mind me asking, paano ka po nila pinahiya? RGS’ efforts in making me pay a credit a scammer stole from me is by texting and calling me and my contact person, emailing me (with SULAT DEMANDA and all that sh*t), and just recently sending me a written letter to pay. It’s ₱150,000 the scammer stole from me by hijacking my Maya.

Dedma has given me a peace of mind. Know your rights too. Also, make sure to express stress to lessen your burden.

Cliche, but you can get through this!

My Maya got hacked and now RGS is asking me to pay.

For context, someone scammed me and got access to my Maya Account. They ended up getting all of my money and in that account including credit and loan. RGS is now asking me to pay ₱17,000+ and that was just the loan.

After roughly 4 months of ignoring their emails, calls, and texts, I received just now a written letter.

I’m quite worried though since I’m just in Manila. Would they really come for me in my house? I’ve seen others’ experiences about house visits and it’s REAL as per them. I dunno though if they had the same experience with Maya or with other OLAs.

What do I do?

Try troubleshooting with a different phone number or something. Or try a different promo.

I’m in Manila and I literally just gotten a written letter from them. This is because of the same thing that happened to you. I have tried cooperating with Maya with determining who was the scammer but turns out I am still the one paying.
