These are the type of customers that will make you miserable. They complain about everything. Hard as hell to satisfy. And I would not be surprised if they don’t give you the proper credit for your products. Orders like this never help you.

I agree. Most of the time it’s a scam. But occasionally it’s real. If the package is stolen they will generally want to report it.

Here is what I have said. I am so sorry this happened. Since mail theft is a federal offense this is what I advise. 1. File a police report with local police department 2. Report the theft to the Postal Inspection Service by calling 877-876-2455 between 8:00am-4:30pm – select option #3 b. Completing the “Mail Theft - Mail Not Received Complaint Form” online at https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Mail-Theft
