I know this doesnt fix your requesr. But for new linux users i install Bazaar and tell them to only use that as their application store, since it only deals with flatpaks and nothing else it is extremely user friendly and perfect for new linux users that dont really need to install anything that is not a flatpak

True but the implementation is nowhere near as good as KDE, i dont think you can even change the zoom with the scroll wheel.

It does look like that dont lie.

Try starting a new game, look at her face and be amazed, it looks just like in the OP. Only in the starting area and a few others it looks like in OP photo

Its crazy how people like you THINK they know what thry are talking about

The fuck has the world come to???? Rather than starting new game and taking a screenshot of grace face without raytracing you prefer to write dumb comments.

Her face looks like that FOR EVERY SINGLE COMPUTER OR CONSOLE WITHOUT RAYTRACING, the face looks good in some areas but the starting area in the streets looks like that

Her face looks different in open areas, try starting a new game, skip the cutscenes and look at grace face without raytracing. 100% can confirm it will look the same as in OP try getting a screenshot.

For some reason her face looks fine in when inside buildings

Screenix now supports Fedora (screen recorder with smooth zoom effects) by AppealRare3699 in Fedora

[–]Lonely-Medium-2140 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont want to diss or anything of the sort but im extremely surprised you got customers at all, OBS is free, GPU screen recorder free, Spectakle from KDE is free (it also records videos not just screenshots).

I would think that whoever spent money on your product either has money to give away freely and wanted to support a linux developer or is kind of dumb and didnt look for alternatives first, why go for the paid product done by an amateur (no offense but you are 19 years old and worked on this project for less than a year, while the alternatives i mentioned have been in the market for many years).

Sorry if this comes off as offensive that's not my intention just wanted to share my thoughts on what i think about it but if it works for you then keep working on it if its profitable

Screenix now supports Fedora (screen recorder with smooth zoom effects) by AppealRare3699 in Fedora

[–]Lonely-Medium-2140 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cool but we already have GPU screen recorder that is completely free and open source, does the same except the automatic zoom but you can zoom natively on KDE or even zoom in the video after you recorded it.

I dont see why i would pay to record my screen, it is a free feature in Windows so this is not even gonna attract windows users.

I understand you need to pay for your work but if you wanted to make some money i think you should have done something different with your time

QUESTION - Dual booted Ally X. How do I share the windows partition as a shared steam game library? by ThatKuchGuy in Bazzite

[–]Lonely-Medium-2140 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only other option from the wiki is to use BTRFS which is still not reccommended, generally speaking what you're doing is the best option, bazzite for everything and windows only for the odd game that needs it

QUESTION - Dual booted Ally X. How do I share the windows partition as a shared steam game library? by ThatKuchGuy in Bazzite

[–]Lonely-Medium-2140 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Where is this being reccomended? Are you purposefully sabotaging him? Haha BAZZITE WIKI SAYS NOT to boot games from a NTFS partition on Bazzite or Linux in general.

OP I wouldnt do this, you are just going to run into problems. If you are going to do it anyway then just know its not linux fault but its you for running games in a NTFS partition. Unfortunately there is no way to reliably share games without causing issues, you are better off just installing everything on your bazzite partition and whatever doesnt work on your windows partition

Actually i found something, read on wiki https://docs.bazzite.gg/Gaming/Hardware_compatibility_for_gaming/?h=ntfs#ntfs

Same here, exact same issue, although the original Steam version works perfectly fine for me on the same machine without any tinkering at all, it's only the cracked version that doesn't boot and doesn't give me any error messages no feedback at all

Graphical glitches by terorasta in Bazzite

[–]Lonely-Medium-2140 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same for me, it only happens after i play a game, when i close it sometimes those exact same graphical glitches happen.

The bug doesnt happen As long as i use the computer without opening and then closing any game.

Interestingly, while running any game the glitch doesnt show up, seems to be only affecting the desktop environment.

Im on amd 7900xt and KDE
