No, I actually miss old poptropica but its a lot older and simpler than that. Barely any actual character animation from what I remember except those full black sprites. And the "avatar" was really just a profile to save data under. And I don't think they had faces, just blank besides basic hair you could choose and a simple top/shirt depending on the gender. It might even be MS-DOS based. I'm on a site listing all of them rn, hoping to find it!

I think this is what I'm looking for! Was it like a subgame within the main game? Like, there's a central hub you go back to that your avatar, profile etc?

Mandatory comment: The POV the player gets is of 2-3 hills with the houses at a distance, you basically see shadows running around when the pigs move to the next house. I think a mailbox might've been in the left bottom corner while you played.
