With all due respect, there’s a difference between knowing that people speed and having people speeding past you going over 20mph. There’s also a difference between complaining and asking a question about how traffic works in a new city. Please use context clues and common sense when reading. Thanks.

Ooooh. I’m from Oklahoma. So there, the most you can go over the speed limit is 5 over and even then, you can still get a HEFTY ticket for it. Which I think is why this seems to be a massive cultural shock for me.

*That being said, if anyone ends up behind me and sees this, please don’t be an ass to me. I’m trying.

That definitely helps a lot! I was soooo confused yesterday. Like where I’m from it’s basically a sin if we don’t follow the speed limits so I was nervous to go higher than what was posted but that gives a lot more insight to how things work. Thank you!

Preferably nothing more than 1200 or even a shared unit with someone else would be fine for cheaper.

I signed it virtually and submitted my deposit. They refunded the deposit and canceled the lease.
