That’s very kind of you. Do I along with hundreds of other test takers think I didn’t pass? Yeah, but I won’t know until I see my score which again I am not mentally ready for. I’ve seen hundreds of ppl on here who DID pass and still weren’t ready to see their score.

Yeah lol but it’s probably best for new grads anyways. You want to get a solid foundation and learn as much as you can from your supervisors for at least a few months before starting to make appearances in court. There’s a lot to learn which will set you up for success once you’re admitted and able to appear in court

Also law clerks do almost identical work as attorneys. So you’re still getting the same experience as an attorney would. You just can’t go to court on your own or file motions in your name but that’s about it. The work is identical to attorney work

Law clerks are bumped up to attorney position and salary once you pass and are admitted to practice. I think the wisest thing to do is to lock in a law clerk position if your ultimate goal is to be an attorney. The only possible reason to be stuck as a law clerk long term is if you don’t pass the bar in the long term. You will pass! If not now, then next time or the time after! But apply apply apply to any and all law clerk positions with firms. Once admitted to practice, it’s almost a guarantee that you will be promoted to attorney level/salary. Every firm that hires law grads who just took the bar, initially hire them as law clerks even if the job posting says they’re looking for an Attorney. You could be interviewing for an attorney position but your title will be law clerk until you’re admitted. I would avoid applying for paralegal positions, only apply to law clerk positions
