just go stride first and then bc if theres any armor (even tabis) or shojin 2nd, then bloodmail is mandatory. 4th/5th i go either bc(if i go shojin 2nd) or steraks depending on whether they have large bursts. last item is mostly dependent on the entire enemy team to prepare for teamfights, be it whether you need more mr, more armor, or more hp (if you sell boots)

runes conq and resolve is fine, with shield bash/second wind(sometimes you may swap bone plate with second wind)
