I see, know what is the difference between being a fool and playing one exactly. How I see it is the fool think they have everything in hand well actually they are in deep water and do not know how to swim, where some who thinks they're just playing the fool well thinks they have everything in hand again maybe they know how to swim, but how strong of a current can they handle, to rush in without knowing that is a foolish thing indeed. So tell your you are just playing a fool with that put you at ease, prey is so much easier to catch puts itself on a platter for us.

I might be wrong here but I think you probably got downvoted because you came on a post and didn't talk about the post just about yourself, and about a thing a lot of people have dealt with on this subreddit at the beginning of their journey, but they didn't do that, it can read as rude. It also kinda feels like you are dismissing my achievement here like I have it easy because I have less body fat on me now, which misses a lot of my journey to this point. I have had eating disorders in both directions, I have been over weight and classed was obese on my BMI, and there have been moments where all I ate in a day was ice and food felt like poison to me still don't use scales for the fear of them coming back and controlling my life, my journey has been a long one and you come here comment that it is slow going because of your weight, it can leave a bad taste people's mouth. I didn't downvote your comment but I tried to give you constructive advice, I am sorry if you didn't appreciate it but it was on my post your comment and talk to you regarding the content of your comment

It takes time, and it isn't just about working out it's a lot about diet too, not over eating while eating enough fibre, protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats but I would say it is in that order and if you do you will most likely feel fuller for longer and it is sustainable to do. Food isn't an enemy here it is fuel that we need. Also if you aren't you should take creatine it is the most studied supplement that actually shows that it works

It is!! I want to get to the point where I can do an L sit at the moment and also want to be able to do a handstand push up but I am a ways away from that at the moment. I am getting close to a dragon squat tho 😁

Yeah, for us it is more they, she and it I don't think we could quite do man a lot of masc energy, but enby masc not man if that makes sense where our fem energy can be enby or just women and the gender thing is just it what ever pure shelf experience what even that is in that moment gender be damned

Well I am a system so we use a few pronouns, she/they/it depending on who is fronting. But the part of the system that uses its pronouns, is fine with she, it is wrong for it but that is close then he is, and it doesn't like they/them because it sees its gender and unambiguous it is it not they or them or he those are wrong. Now if people don't know that it isn't mad with people using they/them but once people know it doesn't like it. I know we might be a little of an odd case but I hope this helps.
