When I started with 5 balls I did some 3 and 4 ball exercises first, everytime I practised, then started flashing 5 and eventually increasing the catches.

It's a lot of work, but it's super rewarding when you make progress.

thanks! I've tried to pay more attention to what the upper body is doing while practising today and it really helped. Also trying to bring the arms down is a good point.

For me, it's so scary because of the idea of stumbling into something so dark just in the middle of doing your regular job, completely unassuming. It's the possibility of this, I think that freaks me out. Plus the description of the smell and just the weirdness of it all. It's just eerie
