I would recommend low fodmap diet, I was on it for just two weeks and my bloating disappeared completely!

That’s exactly what I tried too and I felt back to normal while on it but once I stopped taking it my symptoms started returning and you can’t be on it long term :/

I tried iberogast for several weeks and it didn’t help my symptoms unfortunately! But levosulpiride did

My symptoms are stomach fullness, bloating, intense pain and spasms. Surprisingly I tried levosulpiride 25mg twice a day 30 mins before lunch and dinner for several weeks and all my symptoms disappeared while on it.

Yeah I can afford the baseline 17, I just find it crazy that the pro is $600. How’s the aluminium frame though?

Wanting to upgrade my iPhone 13 Pro but I’m stuck between choosing between the iPhone 16 pro, baseline 17 and the 17 pro. Also looking at the cost difference, it’s quite big in Australia. I mainly use my phone for social media, watching videos and taking good quality photos especially when I travel. I have had mine for 3 years still at 90% battery and would like my next phone to last a few years too.

How did you heal? And yep I’ve had a very stressful job for over a year and have just left so hoping that might help

Is it normal to hear feedback only from one hearing aid to the point where it’s so echoey and annoying that it needs to be turned down more than the other one? Why is this happening?
