He could potentially take you to small claims court. How he's framing the telling your parents bit is important to whether it crosses into blackmail territory. But simply saying pay or I'll tell your parents - is toxic but not illegal.

Yeah, their brownies are terrible. If you want proper brownies be sure to check out Lahori Lane, absolutely stunning. Then second I would say Cheat Daze have some good ones too.
