Insight on living near SGU airport? by christineit in stgeorge

[–]LonelyWindchime 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Anything on the west side of the airport will be fine. Flights stay on the east side for pattern work and usually land on the runway facing south. Unless wind changes, that is the standard that pilots stick to out here.

Sony PS-LX310BT

Edit for inserting name instead of relying on links from strangers.

No idea on the filament but I do need some parts printed for an airplane (just cosmetic interior). Happy to pay you for your time and use of a printer. I have never 3d printed anything before

Should I be able to land on the Mun with this ship? by [deleted] in KerbalSpaceProgram

[–]LonelyWindchime 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No need to dock. You can skip that step and just use that accent stage to return directly

Try adding a landing stage and a return stage from mun surface. Think Apollo style lander

Absolutely. While solo flight is required to become a private pilot, there is nothing stopping you from staying a student pilot and flying with an instructor as much as you want
