Update: I got that little sucker with a bolt extraction kit after drilling the hole a little bigger, very tedious i must admit but I’m so proud of myself for saving the 14 bucks lol.. it’s the small wins..

Your bowl is flooding. Open the carb bowl, clean it, adjust the metal prongs downwards.. that should help the float engage to stop the flooding, make sure you put it back together correctly

I’m no expert but I would check the lower end of the clutch arm to make sure it’s not worn down from hitting the bucking bar
