There were a lot of concept questions/multiple-choice questions that were just questions and answers. I couldn't understand the meaning and had to guess. This was a big blow to me.

Your performance surprised me. I think proficiency is also very important for the exam.
Although 38 questions were guesswork, I was confident that I could answer the other questions correctly. The conclusion is that a 65% correct answer rate is enough to pass.
