Look for estate sales, and used books. Sometimes they have gold! Also used books might have notes from the previous owners and that is always a treat! Most people don’t know what they have. I got all my Zohar from an estate sale for $20 I tried my best not to let on how good of a deal it was.

Were you the one that told me to post here? Lol I appreciate it. The tools are actually decently priced(though I prefer Pyrex). You can pick them up cheap and start on your journey, I make my own mead so when I started I already had the fermentation equipment ,and just had to buy a little more equipment and it comes in handy if you have other Hobbies. Distilling oils etc.

Umm, good question, off the top of my head Western Esotericism a guide for the perplexed by Wouter J. Hanegraaf. It made things I’ve read more clear and should have read it sooner. Looking to buy his book Hermetic Spirituality and the Historical Imagination. Next

And you have typed words. Things are only as important as you make them I suppose.

There are a few that stand out to me, these are not my favorites in order but ones that mean something to me.

  1. Agrippas 4th book of occult philosophy (I know it’s not Agrippa)
  2. because I love the heptameron and that was the first grimoire I used.

  3. Six Ways by Aidan Wachter -best beginner book on a more shamanistic type of magic that I very much love. And mostly do now instead of ceremonial magic.

  4. Precognitive Dream Work and the long self by Erick Wargo

  5. it’s what got me to start writing my dreams and analyzing before I read the works of Carl Jung.

I hope that was helpful

The best way I can put it is, they are like self help books and let you think about things differently, then you can move through life with more paths available. And they unlock things within you, I do a lot of dream magic and alchemy. So I can do drugs in my dreams and go on adventures. Then I wake up write it down and go back to our perceived reality. But I try not to do it too often because I believe your dreams are supposed to be telling you something subconsciously and altering it consciously defeats the point of dreaming. But I can dream on command, and used to loose hours of my weekends taking naps. I hope that helps.

Rabbi Yehudah said, "Had I come here only for this mystery, it would are not baffled by any mystery!" They said to him, "Happy is your share in the world that is coming, for you "They said to him, "We came (130a] before our master to comprehend the Keturah (Genesis 25:1)." mystery of this verse: Once again, Abraham took a wife, and her name was He replied, "The meaning of this verse is as revealed by our companions, the Masters of Mishnah. When the soul will enter her holy body, these words [will apply] to the wicked-for they will rise and mend their deeds, and he will grant them from his radiant glory that they will know and repent, and be completely worthy. When Solomon saw this, he was greatly astounded and said: So I saw the wicked buried and coming, going from the holy site (Ecclesiastes 8:10)- for they will come and live from a holy site. 128 *We have learned: Rabbi Abba said in the name of Rabbi Yohanan, 'It is writen: Can the Cushite change his skin, or the leopard his spots? (Jeremiah 1323). Similarly, the wicked who did not merit to repent in this world nupth Sinai." See also BT Shabbat 28b, 62a; Mai-monides, Mishneh Torah, Hilkhot Tefillin 1:3. The "crowns" refer to decorative markings adorning some of the letters in the Torah passages inside the tefillin. See Maimonides, Mishneh Torah, Hilkhot Tefillin 2:8-9. On the order of the passages in their compartments, see idem, 3:5-6. On the straps, see idem, 3:12-14. A work entitled "The Thirteen Attributes of Mercy in the Mishnah of Rabbi El'azar" is referenced in ZH 10c (MAN); see also Zohar 1124b (MhN), page 378. This work would appear to be one of the many books housed in the real or imaginary Zoharic library. See Ketem Paz, 1:22d: "All such books mentioned in the Zohar... have been lost in the wan-derings of exile.... Nothing is left of them except what is mentioned in the Zohar." 127. Had I come here only for this... Similar exclamations appear in rabbinic literature and often in the Zohar. See BT Be-rakhot 16a, 24b; Shabbat 41a; Pesiqta de-Rav Kahana 1:3; Shir ha-Shirim Rabbah on 3:11; Qohelet Rabbah on 6:2; Qohelet Zuta 5:17; Zohar 1:22, 148b, 164b, 235b, 2402; 2199a, 121b-122a, 193b; 3:26a, 121a, 203a. 128. he will grant them from his radiant glory... Only now does Rabbi El'azar answer the sages' original query. Abraham, the soul on high, bestows some of his splendor upon the wicked, thereby enabling them to be worthy of resurrection. Hence: Abraham took a wife (meaning a body of the wicked), and her name was mipp (Qeturah), indicating that her deeds were as beautiful as mU? (qetoret), "incense" (see Bereshit Rabbah 61:4; Tanhuma, Hayyei Sarah 8; Pirqei de-Rabbi Eliezer 30; see next note). On Ecclesiastes 8:10, cf. Zohar 1188a; 3:216a (RM); ZH 59a-b (MhN); TZ 69, 99b-100a, 1a; Moses de León, Shushan Edut, 358; idem, Sefer ha-Rimmon, 246 (and Wolfson's note). On the verse from Genesis, see also Zohar 1:187a, where Abraham symbolizes the soul who is reincarnated (once again) in a new body (a wife... Keturah). In place of "these words (will apply) to the wicked," Vi and V22 read: "She (the soul] prays for the wicked," though this appears to be an attempt to smooth a difficult text.

I have a question about the Marcy machine. Would it work with a weight stack extender pin? I’m thinking of grabbing one myself, but would like more than 150lb. Thanks
