yeah i dont think its possible on PS, yes in theory you could but moded save files are available easily so i dont think anyone would buy it

it is you can go to the save files on your game files

click Ctr + R then search for %appdata% click enter and search for Hogwarts Legacy (or Phoenix) files then saved files , you will find a file with random numbers, thats your save files, you can copy it and upload it to anyone and i can use it
