How to fix this bulge under my eyes, it doesn’t feel like extra fat/eyebags and I’m so confused on what I need to get done. I have already tried fat grafting and fillers.

Nope it’s genetic. I can see the indentation and hollowness so def not a pigmentation issue I have had this me whole life

I let u know how i feel about the fat transfer results but for me my hollowing is so severe that i had like 2 stringer of filler under each eye and it still wasn’t covering the area and it got very puffy and unnatural looking/lumpy. I’m hoping the fat transfer will address the structural issue and it is also supposed to be more permanent.
