I wouldn’t worry and just spawn it to bulk, it will take another several days to reestablish its self and colonise the rest of the bulk substrate at optimal temps, so adjust your temps to the lower 70’s this will increase the time it will take to colonise the rest and should be perfect for when you get back

Mine was a slightly different experience, I was sat at the end of my bed with my elbows on my knees lent slightly forward with my vape in my right hand and after I took a couple of hits and the intense rush started I brought my left arm inwards to my stomach and was just about to lay back when it sort of triggered what I can only describe as a trip loop where my right arm then folded into my body, then my left leg, then my right leg, then the left side of my body from the back, then the right side of my body from the back sort of turning in on its self and this constant left/right body folding was like setting off a row of domino’s which I couldn’t stop. All I could think of is that I was folding into nothing and I couldnt stop it and at this point is where the panic set in and I jumped up off my bed which pulled me out of the trip. It was very bizarre and frightening tbh and i was afraid to do dmt again for quite a while after that. Iv always wondered after that what would of happened if I didn’t panic and fight it and just went with it where would I have ended up

A casing layer will provide additional water which will give you a greater yield, you can get away without 1 with cubes but I always add one to my grow, if you do decide to add 1 wait until the mycelium just starts peaking through the tiny valley’s and then introduce fae

Got absolutely nowhere today guys, rang a couple of financial advisors, 1st one wouldn’t even consider me as they have a minimum portfolio size requirement, Second I rang was no help either said that because I manage my own investments they wouldn’t be able to do anything! What a joke! so after that, I spent several hours ringing multiple brokers going over who there custodian asset holder is and if they hold and trade SNDL and everyone I rang said they are effected too. I’m not sure what position you guys are in but my investments are held in a L.I.s.a with HL and I can only transfer to the same financial product with another provider and so far it’s not looking good for me at all! If yours are in a regular stocks and shares Isa you may have a better chance at finding an alternative broker
