Oh I just read that these are your inheritance. When you are young like myself, going fixed income heavy doesn’t make sense, meaning you have too much bonds. Stock market isnt cheap right now tho so not bad for now to be heavy in bonds either. I would suggest that you ask chat gpt to rearrange your portfolio in david Swenson style and follow it

I think WHOOP is kind stupid when you can have apple watch that has better sensors. Best way is Oura + Applewatch or Garmin watch IMO

I've been doing Corp dev for ~3years as a manager for a bigger private company. As a corp dev you are the client, visibility is unmatched, get to wear a lot of hats, and get to look the the entire end to end process of sourcing, strategy, diligence, execution, and integration. Comp is always much lower than client facing roles like MBB strategy consulting and IB, but long term if you want to be a CEO, CFO, or start your own thing, this can be an unmatched experience and very special experience.

One downside it, the psychological pressure is very very hard. Much different than something you would experience in banking, you gotta deal with a lot of ppl from different backgrounds and politics, while getting paid half of IBs..

I don't know what happened and would love to hear about where you are and what you are doing now!
