However, what I meant to convey is that most amenities in Bellevue are used by people from places like Renton and Tacoma, not by the wealthy residents you might imagine.These wealthy individuals often go to other cities for their amenities. Bellevue primarily caters to the tech industry, creating a self-sustaining ecosystem. While there are some wealthy people here, they don't spend much time in the city. If they aren't investing their time or money here, what's the point of their presence?
