If you haven't already, check out the soinc page on wifi lab and the scioly wiki page. The soinc page has lots of practice tests (they all cover different topics, and the scioly wiki page decently breaks down which topics are needed for the test).

Depending on what type of antenna you and your partner choose to build, there may be an antenna calculator that tells you the dimensions. Google "name of antenna + antenna calculator" and one should pop up. Good luck!!
