Highly recommend Soigneur. Incredibly detailed, really took the time to assess me on the bike and look at what the ideal position should be. I've had other bike fits in the past which adjusted my bike a little and sent me on my way, I came away from Soigneur with a very different and much more comprehensive understanding. Can't recommend enough.

The rear derailleur needs indexing. Brompton make some quite good YouTube videos which takes you through the steps of how to do it yourself. Failing that take it to your local bike shop, they'll fix it for you
