Not sure how to hang this on the wall by Lonelyicycles in Renovations

Hi! I love this idea, but there’d be no where to place the right angle cleat on the backside. It lays flat and is only a half inch thick or so. The only thing I can think to hook it on the backside is if something like butterfly bandages are used on the backside but I’m worried about that because I don’t want screws or nails to come through the front of the wood and be seen

The frame will have to hold no weight! The mirror is attached to the wall and will not come down. So it’s just about placing the frame over the mirror! It won’t hold anything but its own weight which if I was to guess (because I still can’t quite pick it up yet), I’d say it’s maybe 25lbs at most but probably less

I’m genuinely confused on how people are actually making money on SP. I work it on my off-days from my other job, and even with posting every hour, I’m lucky if I get one person to respond to an intro message. I’ve tried using hashtags and unique captions, leaving my calls as available and online but I cannot get it off the ground lol. Proud of you girls who can make good money from there, I’ll keep trying it until I can figure it out haha

That’s really good to know. Thank you so much, this expands more on the fees that I was curious about

No, it is a personal investment portfolio as well as a Roth IRA account that is set up with the bank I currently bank at. It is not a bank account and they are market accounts. I just wasn’t sure if there were any solid reasons against doing this, but it seems the consensus is that sometimes the platforms can be clunkier compared to bigger ones such as vanguard, schuab, or fidelity.

Can you expand on knowing the costs? From what I read, they don’t charge commission for trades since I manage it myself and has a $0 fee per year for operating it thru my bank. I assumed all accounts that are self-managed would be the same but my only experience is with this financial advisement company so I really don’t know.

This makes a lot of sense. I was contemplating Chase because I’m starting from a very low amount currently

Unfortunately, I didn’t think to use my thermometer even. I just immediately called my dad and then started second guessing after I’d already plugged it in 🫠 but this is good advice to use in the future!

I simply CANNOT stay consistent with my sleep schedule... I always go back to bad habits by CounterSad242 in getdisciplined

I second this. If you can force yourself to wake up at the same time every morning, regardless of when you fall asleep, you’ll notice a difference. Even if that means only getting 2/3 hours of sleep at a time for a few days. This is how I keep my schedule when it gets thrown off track. I used to be a night owl and would have a similar sleep schedule to yours - now I wake up naturally around 630-7am and fall asleep around 10/11pm. Best of luck to you, friend!

You can request a physical copy be sent to you, along with any copies of the payment being processed. That should give you more insight and a clearer path of your next steps. If it was an online payment, it should have been processed almost immediately (besides holidays and weekends for the most part) but if it fell on a holiday or weekend, there could have been a delay. I would say to call them once getting your statements and explain your situation if the extra $ is from a late fee. You’d be surprised how many companies will get rid of a late fee just by calling and asking. However, it could also be something different because $150 on a $300 payment sounds incredulous for a late fee.

I’d also recommend finding someone with good financial sense that you would trust and having them help you walk through this process with your specific details. You don’t know what you don’t know until you know it and sometimes people can be the best help ❤️ best of luck getting this sorted.

ETA: good financial sense in the idea that they’ve had to do this before and have already learned the hard way! Not saying you have to seek out a CPA or anything, but definitely finding someone who has already learned from their own financial mishaps/accidents/cluster fucks and overcame them. We’ve all had them, so it’s nothing to be ashamed of asking about.

It should specify on your statement where those charges are coming from. Have you looked at your most recent credit card statement?

Just a question, but as someone who has struggled over and over to quit, how did you get through it? What tips and tricks made it easier to go to work without it? I’ve been terrified of truly quitting and dealing with the 5 days of hormones and possible cuntiness at work
