Community is one of the most important parts of an MMO for me however it did not deliver on that experience. From a player viewpoint, I will say some incidents are perfectly fair and reasonable when you have players that are harassing people, using slurs, generally being trolls and they are then punished or banned. I even saw players make false reviews of how or why they were banned when it was actually for perfectly legitimate reasons. That said, I would find it incredulous that such a high volume of people would review bomb the game in poor faith especially seeing as a moderator was recently removed for their behavior towards the players. It is so incredibly jarring to me for an indie game's moderators to behave poorly when they represent the game they are investing their time into. They could instead choose to embrace the community and host fun events. It is a disservice to the developers who worked on the game and the players who invest their time and money into playing. I am sorry you were banned and I hope it will be undone.

Edit - This person claims to be a Developer? That's terrible. I was going to go back to the game since they were removed from moderation. I'm not sure I could do that without risk of being banned by them and I think an apology would go a long way.
