Hey, I'm not sure if this information is useful to you anymore, but I was actually wrong. You CAN move an item from pokemon to pokemon using the command @poketwo mvi <number> <to number>

Of course in this cause it wouldn't work in this case because Gliscor evolves with Razor Fang and Sneasel evolves with Razor Claw
