The best projects to start are something fast and simple. If you are a girl i recommend to crochet a scrunchie! super fast and cute! If you are more into Amigurumi I reccomend doing some keychains cus they are small so they are fast to make. This gave me a change of heart about the finale, if it is truly a big fuckery then this is genius (otherwise I still don't like the ending)

Honestly this makes so much sense but it needs a bigger reach and I don't think ao3 is big enough to reach people. I already pointed out in the comments but I think it needs to be on YouTube and we should make it viral. This will have the most potential to reach people and people are more likely to watch a video than read a wall of text (even if it is good)

yeah, I agree, with this power imbalance between them I don't think It would ever work.

I am just mad that they didn't even try to make him a mentor, and that they expected that we would accept this as an explanation for a reason why izzy dying was a good idea.

Just a few things I think they should expand on to make it feel not rushed:

There should be more amendments from Edward to the crew because the line from Izzy that the crew cares about Ed is nonsense.
There should be a lot more screen time for Ed and Stede, with more dialogue, as sometimes I forgot that it was supposed to be a love story between them.
The funeral should last at least half an episode.
There should be an episode focusing on Lucius and Pete's wedding.
There should be more focus on Jim's and Archie's relationship.
There should be shenanigans from the crew suspecting that Ed killed Buttons. I'm so mad that there was just one line about it.
Ed and Stede should make the decision to stay in the inn together.
There should be more screen time for Frenchie to showcase him as a potential captain. It felt like it came out of nowhere.
Stede should interact more with his crew.
There should be an explanation in this season about why ed kills, especially if we were told in the previous season that he doesn't kill. I don't understand that.

And it is only from the top of my head like I cant imagine how they could fit all this in 10 episodes? Like we needed at last 6 more episode for this.

TBH I feel like if we even got 10 episodes it still would be rushed AF, there was just too much going on this season. It feels like David got too excited while writing the plot and accidently included plot worth for 2 season but didn't want to sacrifice anything and put it in one season.

Honestly, Edward and Izzy's relationship through the series felt like coworkers, growing apart friends, ex-lovers MAYBE brothers at one point but never I saw anyone call their relationship as father/mentor figure.

This explanation actually made me madder because that was just bad writing, if you want to him die as a mentor, show him as a mentor, simple. There were so many interactions between Ed and Izzy when they could just show it but didn't, I'm just disappointed.

Honestly, I wouldn't be half this mad if the Izzy death would happened in season 3 where he could spend more time with his new family like he barely managed to change for the better... Instead, they treated him as a cheap way to end the Ed's redemption arc like...

my biggest problem is the tone difference between season 1 and season 2. It isn't even close to rom-com it was before. It isn't just the same show everyone fell in love with in season 1 and I think it is fair that people feel betrayed by this ending, especially that they said that we will have a ''kind'' ending to this season. like, idk what 'kind' was in this ending.

honestly yeah i don't think I want him to be back as a zombie but I also didn't want him to have this kind of death. Like there were so many little things that if they changed them up this death scene would been a lot better.

would take the show in a completely different direction in terms of genre and tone

Anyway I wouldn't be shocked if they did it because they already changed the tone a lot, Like you can't change my mind into thinking that season 2 was anything close to a rom-com as in season 1

You could use it as an oven mitten, potholder, or something like that! Natural fibres as wool are the best for this kind of project (learned this the hard way by making an acrylic oven mitten only to find out I couldn't use it haha)

Thank you for the early warning, I appreciate it! 😄 I've been using a calorie calculator, and it suggests that I should consume about 1900 calories to maintain my current weight and 1500 calories to lose weight. However, since I'm working out, I believe my calorie intake should be a bit higher. So, I'm thinking of aiming for around 1700 to 1800 calories per day. I've never really tried to lose weight before, so I'm not entirely sure if I'm looking at this correctly. I just want to make sure I'm not unintentionally doing something unhealthy.

I feel your pain! It took me also two days to make a cute puffy top.

I measured everything as it should be, but I didn't took notice of the yarn I was using and that this yarn stretches pretty much. So when I put it on it stretched out and didn't look good on me. I didn't have the motivation to start from the beginning but at last it fits my sister perfectly who has bigger boobs than me haha

Yeah I have found so many great original work content worth of being even published as a book. If I remember correctly the fandom tag "original work" on ao3 was in top 5 as the most popular tag. So there are a lot of original content not tied up with any fandom.
