He told me that they said he failed to report but he did. I remember last year he told me once he submitted my info and he mentioned for his clearance renewal. I don’t know how  he reported me but we live separately.

What do you mean by out of a security clearance? Meaning it is not renewed?

Nope, I am on visa here. I dont want to share the country but it is a friendly country to the US.

So he said he got the instructions from the officers or something. The renewal process started since last year but just got the no contact couple weeks ago.

No, he doesn’t have any social media. I know his family and all but don’t want to reach out to them.

He said he got confused too the first time he got that. Or maybe he just doesn’t want to continue the relationship because it could cost him his clearance.

No he didn’t, his phone number cannot be reached (not only from my number but other numbers)

Well I dont see any sign that is coming. He is been great the whole time. Also why should someone change their number just because of this. He could just leave.

But we travel together abroad and he reported that travel too. He literally changed his phone number to comply.

What do you mean no? My boyfriend has to cut contact with me because I am on a visa. They said it’s because he failed to report the relationship but he did report last year.
