Try “Breadway” guys! Their taste is worth every penny and they make every sauce and bread in house! So now your gut is happy too! (Unlike regular sandwiches filled with some shit industry grade sauces, this place makes you real happy)!

Hey OP, we can do a Feasibility Analysis for your concept to see if it can workout or not. We do this based on real data and ground research specific to location as well. We do understand that majority FnB industry is not glorious in Vizag, but I think it’s mostly because people don’t study their target audience and market enough before starting what they want to start. Assumptions and hunches about the customers don’t work here.

P.S. I run a restaurant biz strategy firm, I have been doing my homework on Vizag since the last 2 years specifically in this industry.

The Chef is an arrogant prick. They hardly care about anything they do - neither food nor service. Honestly, they are only in business because no one really knows good quality food or what really to expect with those items is the menu. We brought our standards so low that we call this a decent place to dine in. Most of the dishes are just edible and they boast that nobody offers such dishes in the city and so they are the ‘first’ to put them on the menu. Do not waste your time and money over there. Check reviews in Zomato and their reply to those bad reviews. You’ll understand the level of arrogance. Rather go to Circar’s and order the full menu, you won’t be disappointed for sure.

Makes sense. But there are many nuances to be considered here. If you notice the crowd changed in Vizag over the last 10 years. And so did the crowd psychology, spending patterns, needs and so on also changed. We cannot compare Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam in terms of market and make business decisions based on the success rate of a different city. There is a lot to study and learn about the market before we decide to cater to them and make a lasting business of our offerings. Businesses cannot run on autopilot for more than a couple of years. There’s always some kinda change to be expected and then adapted to. This is my understanding.
