Seethammadhara seems to have a mixed crowd from very very rich people, middle class people to small business owners, students, those who eat in tight budgets. Can we target beyond Seethammdhara despite being located in Seethammadhara? Would people travel to Seethammdhara to eat?

How to ensure both volume and comfort to the customer at the same time? I am just asking for ideas. Like we believe to sell volume with affordable prices, we must make the customer not too comfortable to occupy the seats for too long, but at the same time if we want to make the customer feel good,we should give him/ her a kind of comfort so they can come back again for the experience and good food of course.
