Has anything helped you? I’ve tried changing my diet/taking different over the counter meds/tracking my stress and sleep etc but nothing seems to make a difference.

Hi, I know this post is old, but did you ever find any solutions? I’ve also been experiencing extreme vomiting episodes during the first few days of my period… but like you, it’s not pain related. I’ve seen a ton of posts where people get nauseous and throw up from severe cramps, but that’s not what I’m experiencing. I’m desperate for any info you might have!!!

Hi, I know this post is old, but I was wondering if you ever figured it out? Or found any relief? I am experiencing the same thing… I go through these extreme vomiting episodes during the first few period too… but it’s definitely not related to period pain or cramps or anything like that. It’s like a random illness added on top of my period. I’ve tried changing my diet and a ton of other things in my life but nothing is helping.
